NH Collection Hamburg City

The hotel is conveniently located near Messehallen station and Hamburg Bunker St. Pauli. There are many nice restaurants and supermarkets within the vicinity of the hotel. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Check in was easy. The room and bathroom were very clean. Bathroom fixtures looked new and had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. Wifi was stable and strong. I also liked the staff there, they were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh bread, vegetables, jams, cheese and etc. They were all very nice. I had a good experience with NH Collection Hotel Hamburg City.

Staff were super friendly, professional and attentive with excellent language skills! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with a huge selection of healthy & vegan options which was very welcome surprise. There is no restaurant for evening meals, but there is a vast selection of restaurants locally (mostly cash-only), and the staff seemed used to Uber-eats deliveries arriving at reception. I was also impressed with the sustainability efforts & incentives.

Great family rooms, can accomodate 4 with the pull-out couch. Basically the rooms are suites, very large and Nespresso machine present as well. Very nice breakfast and the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the (inner)city with a subway station at a 5 minute walk. eScooters are also widely available through various providers literally around the corner. Private parking available including 6x 11kW chargers.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and always with a smile. I received a complimentary room upgrade, it was spacious with a sitting area & desk, it was also clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great mix of continental and cooked options. When in Hamburg, I will always return to this hotel.

Location was fantastic as we were going to a gig in the bunker over the road. The room rate itself was good value for money and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
