The suite I stayed in was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was the right thickness. There was also an extremely comfortable couch. Shower and bath was a nice bonus and the room was clean and well turned out. Breakfast options were generally good. Particular shout out for a great staff member Jan, who was on duty when I checked in and served me some drinks in the bar - very friendly interactions during my stay.

The staff was exceptional friendly and really tried everything to make our stay the best possible. We never heard a ‘no’ or ‘not possible’, super professional and welcoming.

Fantastic hotel, located in Hamburg center. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. The staff are very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I really felt at home :) I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Hamburg.

First of all, it's a location. You can walk to Planten und Blumen Park, or you can walk to the Rathaus (city center) aprx 10 mins. The facilities were great. The room was big, light, and cozy. The hotel has everything you need: iron in rooms, mini bar, Cafe in lobby, great breakfast and amazing staff. We will miss this place.

Good position, very clean room . The parking garage was a real perk. The Spa is also very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Everyone smiles and that creates good vibes.

Had 2 nights in Hamburg to visit the city and see my Partner's daughter's band play the Molotow club. We didn't want to stay in the Reeperbahn but near enough to walk so went for the NH which is located in St Pauli close to the Planten und Bloomen park. It is also right opposite the entrance to the 100 year old fairground the Dom, this was not a problem, noise wise as we had a quiet room at the rear facing a garden and apartment block. It is air conditioned but with the added bonus of being able to open the windows wide, (good old German quirkiness)! The hotel location is good for restaurants, just around the corner in Karolinenstrasse we found a nice place, the name escapes me but has blue parasols, good value and nice food and lovely staff. The park was a nice relief from the seediness (no pun intended) of the Reeperbahn and fairground and we walked through it to the docks area where you can get a boat trip or the Hop on and Off bus. I highly recommend this trip as the City has many different and interesting areas, especially their version of Kensington!

I was thoroughly impressed with the warm and welcoming attitude of the people at the reception!! They were extremely helpful and accommodating, and made my stay all the more pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was simply wonderful - a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and everything was freshly prepared and presented beautifully. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Although the location is a busy area, our stay was quiet and relaxing. There is a lovely wee bar at reception where drinks can be served 24 hr, which we really appreciated after a long, stressful journey to the hotel (and the Radeberger is exceptional). The room cleaning staff are attentive but will also leave you in peace to relax in your room if you want. The location itself is near two different U bahn stations (different routes) which is very handy and it's a 15-30 minute walk to the harbour or centre of town depending on route you choose/speed you walk at. There are also beautiful botanical gardens (Planten und Bloomen park) nearby. There are some lovely bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity, as well as a small corner supermarket (round the corner) and larger stores in the Rindermarkt.

Terrific location for Messe Hamburg and lots of excellent restaurants just a few seconds walk away. On site parking was an added bonus for us.
